"My daughter has just enjoyed a wonderful Birthday with her friends. Both the children and mums took great delight in eating the scrumptious dairy and egg free Chocolate Cake. For the previous 3 years our daughter was only able to cut her birthday cake because it contained dairy and egg. After many failed attempts to make a cake of our own from specialist cake mixes, all tasting terrible and rising about 1cm we had given up hope. I stumbled upon the blue lotus cakes Site just 3 days before the party. Even at such short notice the cake was made and delivered on time. It looked exactly like the picture on the web site. This was so she could enjoy cake on his birthday too as she is allergic to eggs.
